General
terms
of
booking
Child
Prices:
Children
are
defined
as
being
aged
up
to
14
years.
Deposits:
A
non-returnable
deposit
equal
to
one
nights
accommodation
per
person
per
week
or
part
week,
for
each
person
in
the
party,
must
be
paid
to
confirm
any
booking.
The
balance
of
the
account
will
fall
due
on
arrival
day.
Any
booking
made
within
2
weeks
of
the
arrival
date
must
be
paid
in
full
at
the
time
of
booking. Credit
and
debit
card
facilities
are
available
for
deposit
and
settlement
of
accounts.
Personal
and
company
cheques
are
not
accepted
by
the
hotel.
All
accommodation
accounts
booked
more
than
2
weeks
in
advance
of
arrival
fall
due
for
settlement
on
arrival
day.
Caution:
When
a
booking
is
made,
by
email,
in
writing,
verbally
or
otherwise,
the
customer
enters
into
a
contract
with
the
Hotel.
We
strongly
advise
that
this
contract
should
be
protected
by a
Holiday
Cancellation
Insurance
Policy
taken
out
by
the
customer
since,
by
law,
charges
can
be
levied
if
the
booking
is
not
fulfilled.
We
strongly
advise
guests
to
take
out
separate
holiday
insurance
to
cover
the
holiday
cost
in
the
event
of
unforseen
circumstances.
Car
Parking:
The
Hotel
provides
limited car
parking
for
guests
vehicles,
however
during
peak
times
spaces
cannot
be
guaranteed
or
reserved.
Alternative
off
road
parking
is
situated
50m
from
the
hotel
and
is
currently
free
of
charge
in
the
evenings.
On
road
parking
may
also
be
available
directly
in
front
of
the
hotel,
again
currently
free
in
the
evenings.
Please
check
locally
situated
signs
for
free
parking
time
limits.
Check
in:
Reservations
commence
at
4.00pm
on
arrival
day.
Guests
travelling
without
a
vehicle
may
deposit
luggage
prior
to
check
in
by
telephone arrangement.
Reservations
terminate
at
10.30am
on
departure
day.

that

the

and

guests
we
operate
a No-Smoking
Policy
within
the
Hotel.
